Nonetheless, there are a number of risks associated with traditional liposuction. Risk is particularly increased when treated areas cover a larger part of the body. Some side effects and complications include, but are not limited to, temporary or chronic pain, bruising, swelling, infections, embolisms, skin necrosis, burns, scars, deformity, and even death. Statistically, death associated with liposuction occurs in about one per 10,000 cases.
Vaser Hi-Def Liposuction is a revolutionary method that focuses on smaller areas of stubborn fat that, due to genetics involved, cannot be lost via diet and exercise alone. In this procedure, sound energy is used to dissolve fat cells, which are then suctioned out of the body through small tubes.
