One procedure that you can have performed at Naravee Aesthetic Clinic is a neck lift. There will be recovery time after the surgery, and knowing what you can expect and the things you can do may help your recover go a little smoother.
For the first few days, you are going to have to be extremely careful about how you move your neck, and should try to limit how much you move your neck as much as possible. This might be tough, but you need to make an effort to avoid having any swelling get worse and to avoid reopening your wounds at the incision points. Try to turn your whole body if you have to look at something not directly in your line of sight rather than trying to turn your head. In addition, you should avoid sudden, fast turns of your head at all costs. After a few days, you can try moving your head around a little more to see how your neck responds. If it responds well, you can continue to slowly test how much you can move your head until you start getting back to normal. If it doesn't respond well, you may have to wait a little while longer. If it continues to be a problem for a prolonged period of time, you should talk to your doctor.
Sleeping may be a bit difficult for a couple of weeks, as you need to keep your head elevated for around that amount of time. You can try doing this by stacking more pillows on top of what you already lay your head on when you sleep. Generally, three pillows are a good idea. You also have the option of purchasing a foam wedge pillow. Another possible option is sleeping in a reclining chair, which you can adjust so that your head is elevated while you sleep.
There may be swelling after the surgery, as is the case with most surgeries. However, using ice might not be such a good idea, as you risk lowering the circulation of blood to your neck, which can slow down healing and can possibly lead to dead skin. Talking with your doctor about specific medicines you can take to help reduce swelling would be the best bet, or even some herbal remedies your doctor may recommended.
