Plastic Surgery Thailand – Run with it

Update 16/09/2018

I recently took up running as a serious hobby.  I work nights and so it is really the only outlet I have in terms of exercise or to see other living people.  On my daily runs (of which I recently started running 8km) I see many elderly people out and about enjoying the sunshine in their twilight years and it makes me wonder what it was like for them growing up.  The world must have changed for them so much since they were born that they may not even recognise it anymore and the same is happening for people thanks to the increase in plastic surgery.  This does not mean we are all becoming plastic but it does mean we are taking more and more care with our bodies and want to look our best all the time and fight off the aging process for as long as humanly possible.

Plastic surgery in Thailand allows you to do that at a fraction of the cost it may cost you regularly.  But I am from the school of  beauty is only skin deep and so maybe I am not the best person for an opinion on plastic surgery but I still firmly believe that there is really no better substitute to beat the aging process than a good diet and regular exercise and this is something you learn yourself as no number of botox injections will give you that although you will obviously look youthful but in your twilight years, as with the elderly people I pass on my daily runs, you may be left wondering exactly who you are now as you may not even recognise yourself.  So enjoy it but use plastic surgery in Thailand responsibly and carefully.

Combining it with a great diet and plenty of exercise is really the key for looking younger as surgery alone cannot solve all of your problems but it is definitely a good place to start if you are wanting to fight off the flab or beat the aging process.
